This seasons market will run Saturday, June 12th through September 25th, from 9 AM to 2 PM, at 2nd and Laurel in downtown Tillamook.Please submit the following forms (if applicable to you): 1. An Application * 2. A Quick Start Guide on market policies * 3. A copy of the complete Tillamook Farmers' Market policies 4. An explanation sheet of what Traditional farmers' market products are 5.One or more of the following Product lists * a. Traditional Farmers' Market Product List-- General b. Traditional Farmers' Market Product List-- Processed/Value-Added c. Traditional Farmers' Market Product List-- Prepared Foods d. Traditional Farmers' Market Product List-- Services e. Arts and Crafts Product List 6. Contract for the optional VISA/Master Card program * 7. Contract for the optional Oregon Trail Food Stamp program (Food product vendors only) * 8. A copy of all required Federal, State and Local Licenses **Please fill out and return all appropriate forms with your check or money order to Tillamook Farmers' Market, 405 Main Ave., Tillamook, OR 97141 by May 1, 2010. If payment all at once is prohibitive, we will work with you.*Must be completed, signed and returned with your application**Valid for the current season
